Pontoon Beach, IL (May 22, 2005) Bryan Collins used the high side to move past Mark Oller on the fifth lap of the twenty-five lap main event in the UMP Late Model division and cruised to victory. Collins, of Elsberry, MO, kept a steady and smooth pace around the top of the 1/4 mile oval enroute to the win. Oller raced the low side and brought his mount home in second. Bryan Clauson of Noblesville Indiana driving the family owned Parker Stone, NOS Energy Drink, Wholesale Connection number 39 Spike Chassis, Esslinger powered midget capped off an incredible driving performance Friday Night winning the 30-lap POWRi Midget Series feature at Tri-City Speedway. Faust ripped past early leader Randy Korte just eight laps into the event and went on to victory. Rick Salter, who currently leads the Late Model point standings at Tri-City Speedway came home in the third position with Michael Kloos taking fourth and Rusty Griffaw completed the top five. April 9, 2006 Results

Pontoon Beach, IL (April 9, 2006) A huge field of racecars came out for the first night of racing in 2006. There were 142 racers that signed in to compete in the five different classes that were competing, including thirty-seven entries for the Northern AllStar/Challenge of Champions Series special event. Wes Steidinger of Fairbury, IL put down the fastest qualifying mark of the evening. (more…)
